When will my order be shipped?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
What shipping carriers do you use?
To provide the most reliable delivery experience, we ship all orders via UPS or FedEx. Due to ongoing USPS delays, we are unable to offer USPS shipping at this time.
Is local pick up an option?
If you are in need of a local pick up please reach out to bysashalashae@gmail.com or though the contact form. Local pick up is only available within Zions Crossroads area and will be arranged at a public place.
What is your Exchange Policy?
Exchanges are not permitted at By Sasha Lasha'e as each product is made to order. If you experience an issue with your order please reach out to bysashalashae@gmail.com or through the contact form.
What is your Return Policy?

What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations are permitted on a case-by-case basis, please reach out to bysashalashae@gmail.com. Cancellations are not permitted if the item has already shipped or already in the process of being made.
Do you provide hardware to hang the sign with?
No, mounting hardware is not included. Our signs are designed to work with standard hanging hardware, which can be purchased locally. Rope is attached to the back of each sign.
Do you attend local events and craft shows?
We do attend in-person events throughout the year at various locations. Keep an eye on our event calendar for updates on upcoming gatherings and opportunities to connect with us.
